Since 1975, Danny Smith has been in private practice of disability and injury law in Spartanburg and has successfully handled thousands of Social Security disability and workers' compensation claims. For the past 17 years, Patrick Smith has been a litigator in Upstate South Carolina, and currently emphasizes disability law, personal injury, complex litigation, and construction litigation. In 2017, the two formed Smith Legal Group, P.C., where they continue to put their insight and experience to work for their clients by handling each case with commitment and care.
