Theresa Clancy Law

Theresa focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianship, probate, and real estate. Theresa has been practicing law for over 25 years. In estate planning she brings knowledge and excellent listening skills to find creative solutions for her clients' estate planning goals. For her guardianship and probate clients Theresa draws from her wealth of courtroom experience that includes 20 jury trials and 100s of bench trials. In real estate transactions, Theresa applies what she learned during two decades of experience in case negotiations. Prior to opening her own law firm, Theresa worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office from 1991-1998 and again from 2006-2017. Between 1998 and 2006 Theresa was a stay at home mom.
