Attorney Beltran graduated from Harvard Law School and was previously associated with two of the world's most feared litigation firms, Paul Weiss and Boies Schiller. Between his associations with those firms, Attorney Beltran clerked for a well-respected federal judge in Florida. Having handled cases from both sides of the aisle and also behind the bench, Attorney Beltran is well equipped to handle federal litigation. Throughout his career, Attorney Beltran has been nominated by the Florida Governor to serve on Judicial Nominating Commissions in both the Orlando and Tampa areas. He currently serves as a Commissioner of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, which reviews candidates for the trial courts covering Hillsborough County.
