Bell Law focuses on auto safety, landlord-tenant, Fintech, and other Unfair Deceptive Acts and Practices ("UDAAP") individually, and as class actions and mass torts across the country.Bryce is the Missouri state chair for National Association of Consumer Advocates ("NACA"), and was selected a SuperLawyer for Consumer Law, Class Actions and Mass Torts in 2018, 2019, and 2020.Recent accomplishments for the firm in 2019 include a settlement with Wells Fargo that returned over $5 Million to service members for violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ("SCRA") and a $1Million+ data breach settlement for local employees in the Kansas City area whose private information was compromised.He continues to lead the firm's commitment to community engagement and is actively expanding its reach to consumers in need.
