Although our office is located in New York, we are qualified to represent all immigration clients in any state since our practice is based on the federal immigration and nationality law. All of our attorneys are very responsible, intelligent and experienced. They have several years of experience in the immigration practice and are highly praised by clients and the community that they passionately serve. Our founder-attorney, Xin Miao, Esq., graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Before opening this firm, Ms. Miao had worked at an immigration law firm in Manhattan, New York and accumulated intensive experience by serving hundreds of clients. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
