The attorneys of Petrie + Pettit today have a direct connection to a proud tradition of over a century of legal service for the Greater Milwaukee community.
It all started in a modest law office in Room 18 of the former Mack Block building, amid the horse-drawn wagons, trolleys and cobblestone streets of the city's bustling downtown. The accompanying images highlight a few key dates from the years that followed, as the firm grew on the strength of its commitment to exceptional client service.
Today, Nelson Petrie's son Jim is our firm's chairman and most senior attorney, and his granddaughter Laura is the firm's President.
