DiCello Levitt was formed through the partnership of Mark DiCello from The DiCello Firm, who had been successfully pursuing medical device and pharmaceutical cases from the firm's Cleveland office, and Adam Levitt, who previously founded Grant & Eisenhofer's Chicago office and chaired that firm's Consumer Protection and Products Liability Litigation Group, through which he led numerous nationwide class action cases resulting in groundbreaking resolutions.

Since its founding in 2017, the firm has grown to 100 lawyers nationwide and, during that time, has recovered more than $25 billion for clients and been appointed to leadership roles in dozens of multidistrict litigations. Founding Partners Mark DiCello and Adam Levitt work alongside the firm's office managing partners: Diandra "Fu" Debrosse (Birmingham), Amy Keller (Chicago), Kenneth Abbarno (Cleveland), Gregory Asciolla (New York), and Brian O'Mara (San Diego).
