Previously, Mr. Schillberg was the founding and managing partner in the law firm of Schillberg & Fiure, LLC, with offices in Red Bank and Toms River, and was a founding partner in the firm of Barnes, Schillberg, Seems & Fiure, LLC, with offices in Red Bank, Toms River and Washington, D.C. Mr. Schillberg began his private practice in June, 1998 as a sole practitioner with an office in Red Bank, New Jersey representing clients in New Jersey and New York in civil litigation, real estate matters, and wills, trusts and estates matters. Before engaging in private practice, Mr. Schillberg worked in the New York City office of a major insurance company, successfully prosecuting claims for property damage losses. Mr. Schillberg has also defended major insurance companies, third-party administrators, elevator companies, and construction firms against personal injury claims as senior trial counsel for both a large Livingston, New Jersey law firm (Morgan, Melhuiish, Monaghan, Arvidson, Abrutyn & Lisowski) and a New York City law firm (Fixler & Gulino).
