Kevin Colquhoun received his Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Kings College in 1975 and his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1978. He was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1978, the Florida Bar in 1980, and the Maine Bar in 1992. In 1985, Mr. Colquhoun was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1983. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, the New Jersey Defense Association and the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Colquhoun is a Master with the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court. He also serves as an arbitrator and a mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He has been elected to NJ Magazine Top New Jersey Attorneys and to NJ Super Lawyers in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Since 1991, Kevin has also served as Legal Counsel to the Grand Lodge of NJ, F.&A.M., and the Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey. He focuses his practice on litigation, insurance coverage and non-profit areas.
