Timchula & Smith, P.A. was established in December of 2008 by Stephan A. Timchula and Samantha Z. Smith, both of whom are long-time Carroll County practitioners. The office is located at 181 East Main Street in Westminster. Our firm is dedicated to providing quality legal services in an atmosphere of client responsiveness and attention.
