Eric is the founder of The LaRue Firm, PLLC where he represents businesses and individuals primarily in business matters, including business litigation and complex commercial litigation, real estate matters, probate litigation, and general civil litigation. Prior to founding The LaRue Firm, Eric practiced at an Orlando area firm for several years where he focused on complex commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation and community association law. Eric has extensive courtroom experience overseeing cases from inception through resolution, trying cases at the bench and jury trial levels. Eric was born in Mobile, Alabama and raised in Winter Haven, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from Auburn University in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2012. While at Barry, Eric was President of the Christian Legal Society and served as a volunteer County Court Mediator in Orange County.
