Arnold J. Lizana III

Arnold J. Lizana III is an experienced employment lawyer, personal injury lawyer, civil rights attorney, mediator, educator, and university administrator with nearly 20 years of experience resolving legal matters. He is a former Trial Attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he litigated employment discrimination cases in federal district courts. He is a former Associate Vice President of Diversity & Equity at UCONN Health, where he oversaw EEO compliance, strategic planning, affirmative action reporting and diversity training at the medical school, teaching hospital and affiliated practice groups. Attorney Lizana also oversaw the EEO compliance functions of UCONN Health's Correctional Managed Health Care program and Connecticut's Office of Medical Examiners. Attorney Lizana also served as UCONN Health's Title IX and ADA Coordinator.
