Henn Lesperance PLC

In May 2013, Bill Henn and Kevin Lesperance formed Henn Lesperance PLC with the sole purpose of zealously representing defendants in complex civil litigation. This has primarily involved providing legal services to government entities (namely county road commissions), healthcare providers, and insurance companies. We started with two attorneys, one paralegal, and the idea that "it's not the size of the firm in the fight, but the size of the fight in the firm," to paraphrase Mark Twain. And, fight we did. In the first five years we won eight straight jury trials and prevailed on numerous appeals before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

In no uncertain terms, we attribute our successes to the active participation and support of our clients, new and old. Together, Henn Lesperance PLC has steadily grown to meet your growing needs. Since opening, we have grown to nine attorneys, two paralegals, and four legal assistants. As your needs have expanded, so have our services. For example, pre-suit consulting (e.g., providing formal legal opinions, contract review and health law services) and labor and employment (led by partner Andrew Cascini) are now an important part of our practice.
