Mark A. Redmond and his staff represent Californians throughout the state involved in cases of elder physical abuse, elder financial abuse, fraud and class actions. In 2013 our class action lawsuit on behalf of elders residing in understaffed nursing homes resulted in an $11.5 million dollar recovery and a commitment by defendants to increase nursing home staffing by an additional 10% for the following three years or else face additional penalties.
