Mario J. Fratto was born and raised in Geneva, New York. After spending a few years living in New York City and traveling abroad, he returned back to Upstate New York. Mario attended ? Syracuse University and graduated cum laude, with a B.A. in History. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California with honors in Criminal Law, Constiutional Law, and Secured Transactions; and also a Graduate Certificate in Business Law. While attending USC Mario studied Financial Markets, Banking and International Business Law at Bocconi University????, in Milan, Italy.
