The business model that lawyers have relied on for generations - poor communication and paying little or no attention to customer experience - is no longer acceptable to today's consumers. We think that is why there has been such spike in popularity of companies like Legal Zoom and Rocket Lawyer. This firm was created out of necessity to better meet the needs of our community. ?
