Heymann & Partner was founded in April 2005. Today, we are 18 lawyers of which 9 are partners. Most of our partners can look back at long and successful partnerships in global law firms. Founding Heymann & Partner was not an act of necessity. Our intention was to work in a small and focused law firm - without major bureaucracy and hierarchy but with high professionalism, effectiveness and efficiency. We collect first class aspiring professionals. To sum it up: "Simply good lawyers". Often, clients have the alternative to either consult specialists from large law firms who work on a high juristic level or to engage the economic advisor who has a supreme insight and negotiating skills. We try to combine both. In our core areas technology, corporate law, private equity, restructuring, outsourcing and intellectual property, we offer our clients comprehensive services. Nevertheless, we are not a "full service firm" and we do not intend to be one. Therefore, we have a network of corresponding lawyers and law firms which we consult occasionally and thus manage as would be the case in a large integrated law firm. As our numerous awards show, Heymann & Partner has grown to a leading law firm in Germany in various legal fields since our establishment. This helped us to build up long-lasting and strong cooperations with first class law firms from abroad. Due to this background it is possible for us to advise some of the most demanding clients in some extremely complex and major transactions. As a small boutique we never forget that it is a high privilege for us to advise our clients - and not the other way round. That shapes our way of work and our communication. And finally: We have been independent from the beginning. We are today. And we still will be tomorrow. Therefore we can focus completely on what is best for our clients.
