Ben Eder, David Eder, Bob Thuemmel and Bill Uhle have each contributed to the advancement of the law in Oregon in areas of DUI, vehicular assault and homicide defense. Each of our Portland DUI Lawyers have spoken at multiple CLE presentations on issues surrounding the defense and appeal of criminal cases. They have written for and edited leading Oregon publications on the topic of impaired driving, including the DUI Trial Notebook, prepared by the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and are recognized by their peers in "Oregon's Best Lawyers," "The Best Lawyers in America" and "Super Lawyers" legal publications as outstanding in their field.
