Our law firm, RUZI?KA AND PARTNERS s.r.o., was formed in June 2009 by a merger of two independently functioning law firms: Ruzi?ka & Partners, s.r.o. (formerly Jaroslav Ruzi?ka law firm) and CVD s.r.o. (formerly Csekes, Vil?gi, Drgonec & Partners, spol. s.r.o.), operating on the Slovak legal services market since 1992. Until November 2018, the firm operated under the name Ruzi?ka Csekes s. r. o.; due to the decision of JUDr. Erika Csekes, having chosen to retire after more than 25 successful years of practice, its name changed to its current form.
