The firm was originally founded in 1934 by Dr. van der Werth in Hamburg. Already decades ago, the Munich office was established by Dr. Franz Lederer. In 2012 Dr. Lederer retired.
All partners are qualified German or Italian Patent Attorneys and European Patent Attorneys. The German Patent Attorneys of Lederer & Keller are further authorized to act before the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
