The initial goal of incorporating the firm was to provide both local and international clients with legal services following the Gulf war. More than two decades of experience in the region marks our legacy in the legal practice. Over the years, Mashora has refined, developed and proven expertise for rendering effective and comprehensive legal services and legal solutions to its diversified regional and international clients.

Due to the growing demand for assistance, our international division was formed in 1994 as an office of Bryan Cave LLP, a renowned international law firm. The division served clients for over fifteen years with credentials that included advising on high profile transactions and successfully representing multi-billion US Dollars' claims by the Kuwaiti government against Iraq, post Gulf-war. The firm also serviced Western clients, in particular Western defense contractors, as well as clients with major construction and finance projects, franchise, agency, and other related matters.

In 2012, our international division moved to Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, a renowned international law firm that specializes in major projects, including projects in the oil and gas, energy and infrastructure fields, as well as litigation and arbitration arising out of such projects.

Today, Mashora is a full service law firm with qualified and well experienced attorneys and administrative and support staff, and with a fully fledged regional and international division advising clients on diversified legal disciplines.
