In 1976 I founded the Firm Rolando Palomo y Asociados, which later in 2005 became Palomo y Porras and today Palomo Abogados. There are already 2 generations that have a professional performance in the different fields of law to which we have dedicated ourselves.

Personally, my beginnings are in the field of Maritime and Insurance law, an area that we currently carry as one of the most outstanding of the Firm and that finds a new position now in alliance with the firm Kennedys SLP.

At the international level, the position that has been found in the last 15 years in the Intellectual Property Area has become a differentiator for the Firm, generating wide recognition and appreciation for national and foreign clients and colleagues.

Likewise, the strengthening of business care for Corporate requirements became a fundamental area and more and more national and foreign companies locate their portfolios with us for the good management, advice, administration and conduct of their businesses in Guatemala and in the Central America region.

All these areas would not be complete if they did not have the support of a team of the highest-class litigants who give certainty, security and protection to any contingency that comes from the areas of Law that we represent.
