Harvey R. Klein, a lawyer's lawyer and real property authority began practicing law in Miami, Florida during 1949. He moved to Ocala in 1962 and he and his son, H. Randolph Klein, formed Klein & Klein in 1976. Father and son practiced law together for over twenty-six years until Harvey's death in 2003.H. Randolph Klein practiced solo for three years after his father's death until employing Fred N. Roberts, Jr. in 2006, Lawrence C. Callaway, III in 2008, and Austin T. Dailey in 2018. Klein & Klein, LLC was formed in 2009. The members of the firm are actively involved in the community through service on multiple charitable Boards of Directors and civic organizations, including The Boys and Girls Club of Marion County, The United Way of Marion County, The Munroe Regional Hospital Foundation, Boy Scouts of America and The Salvation Army to name but a few. The firm specializes in real property, probate and business law matters.
