Robert Bonaparte was a pioneer in helping Oregon homeowners not only obtain insurance coverage, but also attorney fees, from recalcitrant insurers, following disasters such as fires or floods. He has since expanded his practice to provide insurance consulting advice to businesses facing litigation.

Nell Bonaparte has years of experience in intellectual property and civil litigation. Following special training at Willamette Law School in wills and trusts, she shifted her focus to helping clients with their estate planning goals.
