About Launched in 2012, the law firm of Finger & Newcomb, P.C., was conceived out of the partners' continued belief that every individual with a valid claim deserves the highest quality legal representation when taking on large corporations or faceless government entities. Andrew Newcomb and Bill Finger began working together in 2006, and have consistently shared the same ideals and philosophy of the law: It is the duty of an advocate to fight harder, strive farther, and commit fully to the cause of justice for the disadvantaged. These common ideals led the two to reunite as partners in 2012. With more than forty years of tireless legal advocacy between the two, Bill and Andrew are well suited to provide innovative and pragmatic legal representation in the most cost-effective manner for each client. Our practice is comprised of nearly 100% litigation with special focus on employment discrimination, personal injury, workers' compensation, insurance bad faith litigation, property and casualty insurance litigation, and other niche areas that we are happy to discuss in a telephone call.
