Our Philosophy

Our firm has been an integral part of the New Rochelle Community for 30 years. Barry D. Marcus and Robert C. Ollman both served as Judges in the City Court of New Rochelle where they heard both civil and criminal matters. Our attorneys have volunteered their time to serve as Arbitrators in the local court and have represented many community organizations including the Boy Scouts, Guidance Center and churches.

Kommer Bave & Ollman LLP (formerly known as Marcus Ollman & Kommer, LLP), was founded in 1979 with a focus on representing residents and businesses in the New York Metro area as well as Westchester County and the City of New Rochelle.
