The Labor Collaborative was established to fight for the rights of unions and individual employees in all aspects of employment law. The firm has a particular focus on the men and women who have dedicated their lives to public safety. Nearly 20 years ago, the firm's founder, Leah Marie Barrault, made a promise to protect those people who keep our families out of harm's way each day. She has built deep, trusted relationships with nearly 150 local public safety unions and their families across New England.
