We remain open for business during the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis. However, to protect all concerned, we've implemented some safety measures. While it is certainly no substitute for an in person conference, during these dangerous, potentially deadly times, we prefer that conferences be by telephone or videoconference. The courts have reopened but procedures are significantly different. If you have a trial or hearing pending, be sure to contact us regarding the process. We can receive and transmit documents by the usual means, primarily as email attachments or by fax. If you must come to the office during this period, please make an appointment so we may properly prepare.
