Allen & Associates, L.L.P. is an energy law firm comprised of attorneys, law clerks, landmen, and professional support personnel serving its client's needs regarding comprehensive oil and gas title examination, curative and related issues. Allen & Associates, L.L.P. maintains a transactional law practice with the exception of the occasional mineral receivership and litigation support in expert testimony.

Historically, our title opinions have been primarily stand-up title examinations of the instruments in the courthouse. We are now rendering almost all title opinions in office. Our opinions are drafted in a very direct and concise manner, take definitive stances on issues, and are not filled with verbose language, petty requirements, nor requirements attempting to cure ancient title.

Founded in 1999, Allen & Associates, L.L.P. provides a broad range of legal services to the energy industry community. Our firm serves clients throughout the entire State of Texas and beyond. While the foundation of our practice focuses on oil and gas title examination and transactions, Allen & Associates, L.L.P. also offers legal services in real estate acquisition and divestiture.
