My legal practice focuses on real estate, oil and gas, mining law, public land law and transactions. I have represented companies doing a variety of business on public, state, and private lands in the West, including representing companies on a variety of issues before the Utah Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining. I have assisted clients in all forms of transactions and handled the due diligence in multiple large deals. I strive to find practical solutions to complex legal problems. My practice as an attorney dates back to 1993 when I was hired as a runner at the law firm of Pruitt Gushee. The firm sent me to various counties to review documents and chain title. Since that time, I have rendered hundreds of title opinions of all types and complexity.
