General Information

Foster & Foster Law, PC has a team of attorneys who dedicate their time to title examination. All attorneys have had extensive training in proper title examination procedures. We pride ourselves on quality work completed in a reasonable timeframe and at an affordable cost to our clients.

In addition to preparing original drilling title opinions, supplemental title opinions, acquisition title opinions, division order title opinions and limited leasehold title opinions, all attorneys have had basic landman training and are capable of performing stand-up title opinions in the courthouse if requested by the client.

The firm was founded by Richard Foster, Jr. whom is now retired.

Foster & Foster Law, PC prepares hundreds of title opinions every year. In addition to title examination, the firm advises its clients concerning oil and gas law and assists with issues that normally arise in the drilling and production of minerals. Landmen and paralegals are available for use in the courthouse as necessary for runsheets or other land work.

The firm works closely with both in-house and independent landmen, from the receipt of the original runsheet to the completion of curative.
