Glassman & Brown, LLP was founded in 1998 by Susan S. Brown and Carla D. Glassman to offer a wide range of clients their combined expertise in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, Surrogate's Court practice, guardianship, elder law, disability planning and real estate. Elizabeth A. Cumming became a Partner in the firm in 2015. Currently there are five attorneys plus support staff. The firm's clientele consists of a broad spectrum of individuals and their families at varying stages of life. Included are professionals, business owners, executives, retirees, the elderly and disabled individuals. Institutional and corporate clients include banks, not-for-profit agencies, nursing homes and co-operative apartment boards. The firm's attorneys also serve as Court appointed Referees, Guardians ad Litem, Court Evaluators, Trustees, Guardians and Counsel.
