The attorneys and staff at Hamilton Weber serve individuals, businesses, and local government throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area, all of Missouri, and southwestern Illinois. The firm focuses its practice on state and local government law, corporate law, real estate law and civil litigation, including lender liability, general business litigation, and medical malpractice and tort defense.


Representative clients include the Cities of St. Peters, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie and Wildwood, Mercy|St. Anthony's Medical Center, VSM Abrasives Corporation, Starcke Abrasives USA, Inc., STARCKE GmbH & Co. KG, Newco Enterprises, Inc., Ameristar Casino St. Charles, Tropicana Entertainment, Inc., Boyd Gaming, and Eldorado Resorts. Our attorneys also serve as outside counsel to a number of national companies, as well as U.S. subsidiaries of multi-national corporations.

The firm is currently comprised of six partners and two associate attorneys. Our attorneys include former judicial clerks from the Missouri Court of Appeals and U.S. District Courts, and many have been recognized by their peers and other independent third parties as among the best in their respective fields.
