At the inception of every case, we embrace and implement a detailed case plan. We present budgets that actually make sense. We set expectations and deliver. We don't send internal emails when we're sitting five feet away from each other and then bill the client for a six minute "internal correspondence." We set up client extranets with key documents so that important information is shared in real time. We don't bill for online legal research costs or "long-distance telephone calls" or photocopying. We follow detailed and customized workflows to maximize efficiencies and reduce human error.
