Ms. Paluch is a solo practitioner in Woodstock, Illinois where she concentrates her practice in real estate law, general civil litigation, contract law, landlord tenant disputes, wills and mediation. Professional Affiliations and Education. Ms. Paluch was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1991, and she has been practicing in McHenry County since then. She currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association (IRELA), and is the Real Estate Committee Chair for the McHenry County Bar Association (MCBA). She is the Vice Chair on the Woodstock Plan Commission, where she has served since 2006. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) and Woodstock Professional and Business Women (WPBW) and is an Affiliate Member of the Heartland Realtor Organization (HRO). Ms. Paluch is also a certified mediator. She attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences in 1988, and Juris Doctor in 1991.
