Lachezar Vanchev, Esq. represents a diverse group of clients at Southern Law Center P.L focusing mainly on personal injury, immigration, debtor-creditor, real property, family and criminal law. He speaks English, Spanish, Bulgarian, Russian, and Macedonian.​Lachezar Vanchev practiced law in Europe from 1997 to 2000, where he gained experience and an excellent reputation in his capacities as an Investigative Judge and a Law Clerk.​He moved to the United States as a Permanent Resident in 2000. From 2003 to 2006 he attended the University of Miami School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree.​In the same year he started practicing as an immigration attorney. This is an area of law that has been described as "second only to the Internal Revenue Code in complexity." In 2008 he gained experience as a real estate attorney as he represented one of the largest loan servicing companies in the U.S. in real property litigation and alternative dispute resolution.​He currently handles litigation in Florida state courts, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
