Riddle Patent Law

Mr. Riddle was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, 1974, raised in Dunmore, Pennsylvania; admitted to bar, 2002, Pennsylvania; registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Education: Wilkes University (B.S. Environmental Engineering, 1997); Widener University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2002)(Law Review Board); post J.D. coursework in computer science at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Riddle has worked on the application of patents, trademarks, and copyrights in the United States, Canada, China, Korea (South), Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, the European Union, Brazil, Israel, Singapore, Switzerland, and Mexico. He has undertaken internet domain name disputes and prosecuted international trademark applications before the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Mr. Riddle also provides assistance to foreign firms and counsel seeking to expand patent and trademark protection to the United States.

Mr. Riddle is admitted to practice before the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Charles has practiced before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in various trademark opposition ad cancellation proceedings.
