Alison concentrates her practice in Matrimonial and Family Law as both an experienced litigator and a mediator. She represents clients in separation and divorce, child support, child custody, parental alienation, orders of protection, guardianship, and estate planning. Alison frequently represents business owners or their spouses in divorce actions because she has extensive experience with complicated asset valuation and division. Alison can relate to her clients after going through a divorce herself and because she is both a mother and a stepmother. When she is not practicing law Alison is busy with her three boys, reading, or teaching. Alison spent years teaching in the paralegal program at Finger Lakes Community College and as an adjunct professor of Family Law at Nazareth College Alison prides herself on fair billing practices and her fast responses to client calls and emails, keeping them informed throughout the case. Alison is a graduate of the University at Albany and Albany Law School.
