ABOUT Led by Ms. Tiffany Baldwin, Compass Immigration Law is devoted to the aggressive representation of U.S. employers and organizations pursuing temporary and permanent visa related solutions to staffing needs. The Compass team serves a diverse group of business clients, including nonprofit corporations, universities, hospitals, and other organizations nationwide in a variety of industries, including health care, business, high tech, education, and engineering. Ms. Baldwin's experience includes obtaining nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, H-2B, TN, L1, etc.), J-1 waivers for physicians, and permanent residence visas (greencards). Compass also provides advice and guidance to business clients as they address their federal employment eligibility verification obligations. They work with those clients to evaluate strategies and to develop processes for addressing the issues involved with verification and compliance. Ms. Baldwin and her team meet with clients to understand their visa related needs and develop innovative and effective resolutions within the always changing immigration laws. In addition, they also work with individuals as they pursue family-based visa benefits and naturalization. Compass' regional and national practice helps clients throughout the country enhance their operations through the strategic use of foreign workers. Compass offers its clients an experience which promotes both efficiency and excellent service. To this end, we utilize, and offer our clients access to, a state-of-the-art case management database system. This system allows clients secure web access for viewing detailed case information; calendaring and call-up systems to provide notice of filing deadlines and extensions; automatic email alerts of case milestones; and regular reports for employers on outstanding employee cases.
