Kathryn M. Rauton was born and raised in Johnston, South Carolina, where she attended and graduated from Wardlaw Academy. She graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law.Kathryn served as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Keesley of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Since her clerkship, Kathryn has focused her practice primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate administration and planning, and foreclosure.Kathryn is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is licensed to appear before state courts and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Kathryn is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association, where she serves on the Social Committee., and is involved in other civic activities as well. Kathryn resides in Lexington, SC, is an avid Clemson football fan, and the proud owner of her Shih-Tzu, Bella.
