Another core area of activity is the expansion of client businesses in established and emerging markets. Projects, at times, include diplomatic, state and futuristic agendas, international arbitration and mediation advisory. Ms. Weinstein is focused on activities at the U.S. Departments of State, Defense, Homeland Security, the national security and research agencies, Commerce, EPA, Energy, Treasury, Transportation, the USTR, the U.S. Forest Service and other programs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the diverse international emergency situation agencies, programs at the FCC, FAA, and others and, when relevant, foreign, including multilateral counterparts. She and clients have been active before the U.S. legislative and executive branches, and certain international bodies, including with clients testifying before Congress, and have served on prominent advisory committees and activities with the president, the executive agencies, and others. Immersed in these sectors for years, with Washington, New York, Europe, Asia, the Russian and Central Asian Republics, the Middle East, and other venues as the fulcrum, Ms. Weinstein is an active participant in the international and Washington foreign affairs, national security, high tech corridor, trade, environmental, energy, and natural disaster think tanks and circles. With deep understanding of what transpires across borders and markets, rigorous assessments are made based upon first-level information paired with collaborative input from some of the world's most esteemed thought leadership, recognized global and situational experts.
