Michael Bace is the managing partner and founder of Bace Law Group, LLC, a Boston, Gloucester, and Massachusetts law firm, dedicated to litigation, wage and hour, employment, unpaid overtime, unpaid wages, unpaid commissions, and collections practice. In accordance with his vision, although Bace Law Group, LLC is a small collaborative law office, it maintains the quality of a full-service law firm, with the resources to compete with almost any other in the Boston area and New Hampshire.

Founding the independent private firm in 2007, Attorney Bace focused on providing service, flexible fee agreements, value-billing, accessibility to clientele, and an irreproachable work product. By utilizing technology, he sought to retain the intimacy and accessibility of a small firm, while simultaneously providing the resources of a much larger firm.
