In 1995, the practice was expanded to Gugliotta and Associates with the addition of John C. Gugliotta and the California office in Newport Beach. In 2013, with the addition of Erina R. Ponzini as partner, Gugliotta & Ponzini was formed, and thus expanding practice areas to include Business Law and Supplemental Needs Trust, as well as the ability to practice law in the State of Connecticut
