Paul Routh is a nationally recognized benefits attorney providing advice and counsel on health plans and other non-retirement benefits, such as group life insurance, disability plans, cafeteria plans and premium only plans. He has devoted over 30 years to counseling employers on such things as the design and drafting of health and welfare plans, advising employers on the requirements of the Healthcare Reform laws, assisting in ERISA annual filing requirements, and representing plans and plan sponsors in litigation and governmental audits. Our Practice Manager: Karen S. Folkerth

Karen Folkerth is a native of Jackson, Michigan, and is admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is now the firm's Practice Manager, and no longer represents clients or engages in the practice of law.

Ms. Folkerth has an extensive background in the areas of employment law, commercial leasing transactions and creditor's rights. She has conducted training seminars in the areas of sexual harassment, commercial law and contract negotiations. Ms. Folkerth graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University, and received her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Dayton.
