Deacy & Deacy LLP traces its origins to 1916 when Thomas E. Deacy began his practice in Kansas City. In 1955, he and his son Thomas E. Deacy Jr., formed the partnership which bears their names.

The firm's practice is devoted largely to trial and appellate practice in the state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas. We have extensive experience in litigation of all types and levels of complexity at the trial and appellate levels.

Members of the firm have been active in numerous national and local bar organizations, including the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Missouri Bar, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

Our goal is efficient delivery of the highest quality representation. We manage our practice so that every matter is handled under the personal supervision of a partner with substantial experience in the type of litigation involved.
