Futterman, Sirotkin & Seinfeld LLP, takes pride in our long and local history. Our firm, starting as a small, general practice law firm after World War II, is one of the oldest in Queens County. The firm having been in Queens County for more than 70 years, have deep roots in the community and a sense of belonging in and commitment to our neighborhoods and diverse communities and cultures.
The firm was started by two WWII veterans, Seymour Pearlman and Emanuel Gottesman. Burton Apat joined us in 1966 as a pioneer in real estate litigation in Queens County. In 1975, Ira Futterman joined our firm, adding a trial attorney of great depth of experience and skill. In the 1980s, Martin Seinfeld and Lynn Sirotkin joined us, and we expanded our staff to accommodate our flourishing business.
