Since 1970 our firm, founded by John Cox and Stephen Hutchinson (see photo) and based in Eugene, Oregon, has been providing experienced legal counsel to individuals and businesses throughout the state of Oregon. Business law, real estate and litigation have been the mainstay of our practice since it's inception. As the firm has grown the scope of our practice has widened and we now counsel clients in a wide variety of areas which allows us to serve our client's needs as they arise.

Financial Matters

The cost of legal services can be high and we are sensitive to that. During our initial conference with you, we will discuss our fees and costs and explain billing procedures. Each client receives a comprehensive monthly statement that itemizes the services and work that have been provided. We are committed to keeping the costs of legal services as low as reasonably possible.
