Intellectual Property Agency , Legal Affairs and Patent Intelligence .

The Intellectual Property Agency manages the complete process of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, utility models and copyrights in Argentina and abroad.

Our Legal Affairs group provides general advice on matters related to corporate and business law, while designing strategies for commercial exploitation and defense of IP assets.

The activity of the Patent Intelligence group consists essentially of searching for patents in world databases and analyzing the results. From them key reports are generated to adequately assess the market and guide the decision-making process. The insight provided by these reports allows our clients to acquire competitive advantages in the market.
