Unless otherwise agreed or informed, money given to us will be placed in one of the mentioned banks. If a bank goes bankrupt, the depositors will get covered according to the law in force on guarantee scheme for depositors and investors (da:"gorantiordning for indskidere og investorer") up to 100.000 EURO (approx. DKK 750.000). The maximum amount embraces the total deposit in the bank, even if the money is on different accounts, hereunder on client accounts or own accounts. There are special rules in force for deposits regarding real estate, if the real estate has been used for or for the most part is intended for non-commercial purpose. In this case there is cover for up to 10 million EURO, until 12 months after the amount was deposited, and without regard to whether the deposit is on a separate account. All the lawyers at Advokatfelagib are covered by a liability insurance and guarantee, which is subscribed with the insurance company TRYG. The liability insurance covers all the lawyer activities at Advokatfelagi6. Advokatfelagib does not use general terms and conditions, hereunder rules on choice of law and/or rules on jurisdiction, unless it is agreed directly with the client. The lawyers at Advokatfelagib are under supervision from "Ackokatsamfundef' and are according to 126 in the Acknitlictration of Justice Act covered by the rules on good legal practice.
