The Firm consists of 9 visionary partners recognised by the leading ranking agencies as first class in their respective areas of practice and over 40 brilliant lawyers who embody the best of the profession. With offices in three strategic locations and a support staff complement of 31 highly experienced individuals, the Firm operates as a single, integrated practice enabling the seamless delivery of legal and business advisory services to our clients.

In over 27 years of its existence, ACAS-LAW has developed considerable legal expertise and accumulated a wealth of knowledge in various sectors of the Nigerian economic landscape including energy and natural resources, mining, electricity, telecommunications, infrastructure, shipping, aviation, real estate and banking to name a few.

The Firm also operates ADCAX Nominees Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary which provides dedicated service in company secretarial services, corporate governance and compliance to the clients of ACAS-LAW.
Our History

ACAS-LAW was established in April 1991 as a partnership by its two founding partners, Sola Adepetun and Afolabi Caxton-Martins, under the name "Adepetun & Caxton-Martins", to provide professional legal services as a corporate and commercial law firm.

Following the admissions of Funke Agbor and Felicia Kemi Segun into the partnership in 1993 and 2000 respectively, the name of the firm was changed to "Adepetun Caxton-Martins & Agbor" in 1993 and "Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun" in 2004.

In 2007, Taiwo Afonja and Ben Unaegbunam were admitted as partners. Chisa Uba and Donna Obaseki-Ogunnaike were admitted into the partnership in January 2015 and, most recently, Fred Ntido in August 2017.
